My son just turned one in April. I have been trying to find some different foods for him to eat for lunch. The problem is that somedays he will eat something with no issue and the next day he throws it on the floor. I just want to be able to change things up for him. Does anyone have any ideas? What do you feed your little ones for lunch?? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Since I work in a dental office, I would make sure there are no teeth that hurt. Some children are in pain and they do not know how to tell you. Seperate his or her foods, give him colorful foods to. Have lunch time a fun time, also remember children only eat when they are hunger, and about 6 times a day, which is better for you anyways. Its us adults who eat wrong-Don’t worry about it, to much, but make sure he doesn’t have a earache, because it hurts to chew, also make sure his teeth are healthy, because that will hurt him when he eats to. Hope this helps have a nice day.
